EPLWA clubs reaching out to their communities

Clubs in the Evergreen Premier League are already reaching out to their communities even before most have held player open tryouts. Those tryouts are coming (see links here) but in the meantime sides are using their time to connect with the locals.

Vancouver Victory FC recently held their season ticket launch at Dirty Hands Brewing Company in Vancouver. Club operators met with supporters and signed them up for season tickets. Earlier in their development the Victory also shared their coaching staff announcements with fans at a different local pub.

Coming up on Saturday February 15 the WestSound FC Men will host a fund raiser match at 6 PM at their Silverdale Stadium home. It’s a chance for the older players in the youth club to play against some of their coaches and other WestSound FC Men hopefuls. Families are encouraged to wear red or black and help raise money for the Men’s 2014 expenses.
