Force explode for 6; Shock and Shadow win

The matches of June 11 are complete and the results find Olympic Force with a six-pack over Bellingham while Spokane and South Sound notched wins of their own.

Olympic Force 6-2 Bellingham United

BREMERTON—Miles Nilsen scored twice and assisted on three other goals as the Force whacked the Hammers at Gordon Field. Olympic is now 4-1-1 all-time against BUFC in EPLWA play.

Olympic also got two goals from Clint Absher and singles from Diego Aceves and Kyle Schoales. The Hammers counter with strikes from Nick Cashmere and Thaigo Novis (penalty kick.)

Spokane Shadow 3-1 Seattle Stars

SPOKANE—Fernando Alvarez scored his fourth goal of the season as the Shadow jumped into first place in the table with a win over the Stars

Yakima United 1-2 South Sound FC

YAKIMA—The Hoppers were ahead at halftime but conceded twice to remain winless on the season.

Hector Valdovinos gave Yakima the lead before Brandon Madsen drew the visitors level. JJ Schmeck got the winner for the Shock in the 81st minute.
