KENNEWICK, WA— It was a high-scoring back and forth affair for Tri-Cities Alliance (2-1-0) as they made their home debut at Lampson Stadium in an eventual 4-3 loss to the Spokane Shadow (2-1-0.) The match drew 873 fans, one of the largest crowds in Evergreen Premier League history.

It was even 1-1 in the 19th when the home fans cheered a goal from Ricky Chicas. In the 30th minute the Lions took their only lead of the night on a shot from Mario Guizar. Just 2 minutes later the match was even at 2-2 when the Shadow replied on a goal from former Bellingham United player Rene Caro (on a penalty kick conversion.)
The second half was just as wild, with the Shadow taking a 3-2 lead in the 55th on a goal from Cade Roske who followed a shot off the bar from Callan Martin. Tri-Cities kept up the fight and drew level at 3-3 when Lenin Guzman scored in the 67th.
