Washington Premier 2, PacNW 0
Cameron Weller and Brandon Gonzalez scored 81 minutes apart from each other to lead Washington Premier to a 2-0 road win over PacNW at the Starfire Complex on Wednesday night. Weller struck in the fifth minute off of a pass from Alec LeBarge and then the two teams battled through a one goal game until Gonzalez scored the insurance goal thanks to an Adam Berg assist and WA Premier took the 2-0 win. Quinn Millerd posted a shutout in goal for Washington.
The win moves WA Premier to 3-2-0 this season with nine points, two points ahead of PacNW, who are 2-2-1 with seven points. These same two teams will face each other in the final game of the regular season on July 10th at the Washington Premier fields with second place in the division on the line.
With the PacNW loss, Bellingham United clinched first place in the EPLWA North Division.
